Presentation Fees

We intend to keep our fees as low as possible. These fees help us to cover the expenses related to the presentation and delivery of your event and also help us to fund our different apostolates that contribute to the faith formation and spiritual growth of hundreds of thousands of people through the mass media.

Lecture 1 to 2 hrs: $250
Seminar, 2 lectures (4 to 5 hrs. plus breaks): $500
Seminar, 4 lectures (8 hrs. plus breaks): $1,000
Weekend retreat: $1,250

Travel and Transportation

• Depending on your location, Mauricio may drive in his own car for 70 cents a mile, round trip from Redmond, WA (98052).
• If air travel is needed, Mauricio will purchase a round trip, direct flight, tourist class ticket, and will send you an invoice covering airfare, taxes, and luggage fees.

Accommodation
If the nature of your event requires Mauricio to stay overnight, these are the following options:
a. Single room in a nearby hotel.
b. Retreat house room.
c. Parish rectory room.
(No family homes, please)

Equipment 

The parish or organizing group must provide:

• Projector and screen (laptop provided by Mauricio).
• Microphone.
• If the presentation is conducted in the temple, we request a lectern with a microphone placed under the sanctuary, in order to avoid the use of the ambo, considering the liturgical norms reserve its use for the Readings, the homily, the prayer of the faithful, and the Exsultet (General Instruction of the Roman Missal #309).
